    The Sarasota Opera House is dedicated to accessibility, with features tailored for guests with mobility and hearing restrictions:Mobility: Elevator service is provided to all levels. The William E. Schmidt Opera Theater offers wheelchair-accessible seating in the orchestra level. Due to the historic nature of the building, second-floor seating is not wheelchair accessible.Restrooms: Accessible facilities are available in all restrooms, along with a family restroom on the first floor near the ticket kiosk.Hearing: The theater is equipped with the Listen FM assistive listening system.Programs: Braille programs can be ordered one month in advance.Assistance: For wheelchair seating or special requests, contact the Box Office at 941-366-8450 ext. 1

    Parking

    The Sarasota Opera House (61 N Pineapple Ave) offers convenient parking at the Palm Avenue Garage directly behind the venue, with paid valet parking available 1 hour and 15 minutes before shows. The garage is free on Sundays and costs $2-$5 for most attendees, providing an easy, close option to the downtown
